When to book
For PCS moves, book 4 to 6 weeks ahead. That gives us time to coordinate with Fort Huachuca processing and to hold your date in the peak PCS seasons, summer and winter. Civilian moves usually need 2 to 3 weeks' notice. If your orders came through on short notice, call anyway: we stay flexible for last-minute moves whenever we can.
