For PCS moves, 4 to 6 weeks ahead, so we can coordinate with Fort Huachuca processing and the busy summer and winter PCS seasons. Civilian moves usually need 2 to 3 weeks. Short-notice orders happen, and we fit them in whenever we can.

Both are available. Hourly means you pay only for the hours our movers work. Flat rate is one upfront cost that covers the distance, the labor and any optional services.

Every move includes the standard valuation of $0.60 per pound, per item, plus $50,000 of cargo coverage while your things are on our truck. Full Value Protection is available from Relocation Specialists if you buy it at least three days before your move.
